I have a less-than-secret addiction to lists, and this one I particularly liked. It’s the sexiest woman poll, taken by Details magazine. Details is a male fashion magazine that features men on the cover, instead of busty women, and has been described as ‘Vogue for men’ in their 20’s and 30’s.

This is a fabulous list, considering the sexiest woman lists are usually dominated by 20 year olds with big boobies. While all the women are attractive - sexy, even - they aren’t the usual fodder dished up in lad’s mags. Jennifer Aniston is 40 years old, Megan Fox is unconventional in her appearance, Gisele Bundchen is a supermodel but at least she’s got some curves! Frieda Pinto is Indian, and usually these lists are dominated by caucasians.

These woman are also very sexy, but the eldest is 34. They don’t exactly cover a wide spectrum of beauty. They are all perfect examples of Hollywood hotness - not that there’s anything wrong with that - but it’s nice to see a few new names on the list. On the 2008 Maxim list Jennifer Aniston didn’t make the top 100, neither did Kim Kardashian, Gisele Bundchen or Freida Pinto (who was unknown at the time).

It’s also nice to finally have a story about Jennifer Ansiton that isn’t a ‘poor dumped Jen with no babies’ tale.

Courtney Love has been amusing us for about a year now with her absolutely unreadable myspace posts. I wish I’d known she has twitter, because I’m missing out on that. It was hard to tell where these blogs were going to lead for Courtney - the cancellation of her Internet by a kind hearted assistant seemed likely, but someone making sense of her posts and suing her for defamation seemed unlikely.

Designer Dawn Simorangkir is suing Courtney on six counts - libel, invasion of privacy-false light, intentional interference with a prospective economic advantage, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and two breach of contract charges - following her incredibly long rants about the website for artists selling handmade goods, Etsy, and the designer.

In 2008, Simorangkir claims the singer approached her about designing clothes. After a small honeymoon period during which Love flew the Austin, TX-based designer and her husband out to Los Angeles for a meeting, the two had a quick falling out starting in February 2009 once Simorangkir asked for payment for a custom-made dress Love ordered.

The designer calls herself “the latest victim of Love’s volatile personality, hair trigger temper, and malicious tortuous behavior.” In the twenty-two page long document, Simorangkir also gives a list of Love’s Twitter and MySpace postings in which Love calls her a “drug addict and dealer” and “a thief a liar” who will eventually “end up in a circle of [s]corched earth hunted til your dead.”

This is what I think she means. Courtney has loaned her clothes, chosen with her impeccable taste, to a designer on Etsy, who has kept them and not delivered the $40,000 worth of copies Courtney ordered. The un-returned clothes are worth around $500,000.

Courtney ends the blog by saying she hope she got her point across, because the designer will be in jail if she doesn’t do what she says. She then continues the next day.

Here Courtney says the designer wants to charge her extra for her dresses, and that she stole from her wardrobe and Courtney has a security camera that filmed her doing it. Going to jail is a pain in the ass and she’d be a social leper. She got a team searching for anyone doing business with her, to help them protect themselves from the evil designer.

It’s going to be interesting to see how Courtney presents herself in court, if the litigation comes to that, because she’s not doing very well online.

Jamie Lynn Spears and her babydaddy/fiance Casey Aldridge are still together, despite reports to the contrary, and traveling with Britney’s Circus tour. OK! reports that they are the picture of loving devoted parents - but don’t expect them to get married anytime soon. Jamie Lynn has canceled the wedding, as she feels ‘no need for a ring and a piece of paper’.

While Casey tenderly held their 9-month-old daughter, Maddie Briann, Jamie Lynn loaded her diaper bags, toys and pink stroller into the minivan. Then the family took off on the four-hour drive back to their Mississippi home.

The young unmarried couple looked as connected as could be on their trip to cheer on Britney at her first show. But now Jamie Lynn – who was 16 when she shocked the world by telling OK! in December 2007 that she was expecting a child with her 18-year-old boyfriend – has decided not to walk down the aisle with him.

“The wedding’s off,” a source reveals to OK!. “They are still in love, living together and very happy, but they have no plans to get married. Jamie Lynn has everything she wants and feels no need for a ring and piece of paper.”

Adds another insider, “She and Casey have weathered a lot in their young relationship already and don’t need the pressure of making wedding plans.”

It was reported in January by In Touch that Jamie Lynn was rushing forward with her nuptials, picking out a dress, invitations and cake (although not a date). Maybe motherhood has shown Jamie Lynn that she and Casey are bonded together for life and don’t need to make it official.

Jamie Lynn is supposedly planning a country music album, and while she doesn’t have an album deal yet, perhaps she’s using her wedding as a business decision, planning on getting married close to when she releases her album. Or maybe she and Casey just aren’t getting along and she realizes it wouldn’t be a good idea to get married at this point.

Jack Osbourne has spoken out about his troubled past, saying that following his mother Sharon’s diagnosis with cancer he felt suicidal. After admitting he had a problem, Jack and father Ozzy went to rehab together.

“I started getting suicidal,” Jack reveals in an exclusive interview with In Touch. “I was just doing loads of drugs and drinking. I was miserable.” Jack, 23, who started going down the wrong path when he was just 13, hit rock bottom on Easter in 2003. “I disappeared for the long weekend,” says the reality star. “When I came back, I knew I needed help. I was like, ‘Okay, I will do this.’”

Jack’s dad, rocker Ozzy Osbourne, an admitted alcoholic and addict for decades, also convinced him to get help. “He said, ‘If you go to treatment, I’ll go to treatment as well.’” Jack checked into Visions Adolescent Treatment Center in Malibu. “A year passed and then two and then three and now it’s nearly six,” says Jack, who has gotten into healthy activities like kickboxing. And he intends to stay clean. “I don’t have a plan,” he explains. “I’m just going to keep doing what I’ve been doing and hopefully not drink. I don’t ever want to come back to rehab again.”

When I look at the Osbourne family, my first impression is often of compete chaos - Ozzy is clearly in a place we can’t see, and Sharon seems to be constantly involved in or dealing with the repercussions of a foul-mouthed fight. Despite this, they seem to be reasonable parents. Sure, two of their three kids have been in rehab, but at least they could get them to go to rehab. Jack Osbourne seems to have truly gotten his life on track, in recent years he has continued on the reality television track but moved onto more worthwhile causes. He went to Namibia and filmed the tensions between elephants and humans, and took a rally car from London to Mongolia for charity.

Kelly Osbourne has just left rehab, and contrary to reports that she is already married, her mother Sharon says she won’t be ready for marriage soon, but she still supports her relationship with model Luke Worrell.

Kelly Osbourne’s famous parents, Sharon and Ozzy, have banned her from marrying fiance Luke Worrall for another five years.

The 24-year-old recently completed her third spell in rehab, where she was treated for drug and alcohol addictions, and her mother insists she needs to grow up before she can even think about marriage.

Music manager Sharon tells People magazine, “Neither of them is ready for domestic bliss right now.”

And Kelly, who has been engaged to model Worrall since November, agrees: “I’d become one of those cracked out housewives with a vacuum cleaner, hopped up on Dexedrine.”

Sharon Osbourne, who has been voted Celebrity Mother of the Year in 2006 in England, does seem to have raised children who grew into responsible adults. They might fall off the rails, but at least she’s there supporting them and helping them pick up the pieces. Plenty of parents write their children off when they misbehave. Two healthy, happy children wasn’t an outcome anyone expected when Sharon was busy brawling with Ozzy and her parents, exposing her children on reality television, and sending excrement to her enemies in Tiffany boxes.

Robert Pattinson is working on a new film called Memoirs, about a pair of star-crossed lovers who are trying to deal with family tragedies. Rather similar to his biggest hit Twilight, which was billed as being a Romeo and Juliet with vampires movie. The Memoirs film is being re-written by Jenny Lumers, who wrote the critically acclaimed Rachel Getting Married, so it seems like a great opportunity for Rob. If this latest rumor is to be believed, he may be limiting his future opportunities by not showering enough though. On set sources report that he smells.

E! is reporting from a source on the “New Moon” set that Robert Pattinson has a dirty little secret.

“He stinks. I mean, it’s awful. He never showers, and it drives people on the set crazy,” dishes someone who wants to remain nameless but who reportedly toils in very close quarters with the Pattz Man. “He completely reeks.”

My teenage sisters love the Twilight franchise, and when the DVD was released last week they had a little party, where a bunch of girls sat around wearing movie themed t-shirts bought from the local version of Hot Topic and gushing. Suddenly dad’s Volvo is cool, which I never believed would happen ever. I can’t get over how huge this movie is. Because of this the sequel New Moon will come out in November of this year, with Eclipse to be released in the summer of 2010.

As far as the not showering thing goes, possibly Rob doesn’t wash his hair much to get that dirty slept in look he has. The girls watching the DVD were calling it ‘freshly shagged’ hair. I’m not sure what kind of product you could use to get that look, I think it needs to be a little greasy to get that texture.

Robert Pattinson is said to be the next big thing, and in true Hollywood style is rumored to be dating his co-star, but since most of his fans are tweenies it’s a good idea to break out into a new film not aimed at children. Rob’s most significant past roles were Cedric Diggery in the Harry Potter films and a small part in Vanity Fair with Reese Witherspoon.

Jade Goody, who died on Mothers Day in Britain, is to be buried on April 4th. Jade’s funeral is expected to be the biggest event of it’s kind since Princess Diana’s funeral - floral tributes have been left outside her home and big screens have been set up to broadcast the service to the public outside of the church.

With her mother, Jackiey Budden, saying her daughter would be “overwhelmed” by the public response to her death, plans are falling into place for British reality star Jade Goody’s April 4 memorial service.

A 21-car funeral procession will leave Goody’s home in Essex, England, at noon that Saturday en route to the service at St. John the Baptist church in Buckhurst Hill, the BBC reports. Thousands of mourners are anticipated to line the route and then watch the proceedings on large, outdoor TV screens set up for the occasion.

The church service is expected to commence with Goody’s favorite hymn, “All Things Bright and Beautiful,” and the 27-year-old will then be laid to rest in Epping Forest Burial Park in North Weald.

Jade’s death is causing as much controversy as her life did, with at least one opinion writer in the UK suggesting that ‘a saint she ain’t’, and the BBC received calls complaining about the level of coverage they gave her death. Harper Collins publishers are planning a third installment of her life story, following her previous two autobiographies. A biopic is also said to be in the works.

Jade set up these ventures in order to give her boys Bobby, 5, and Freddie, 4, the opportunities that she never had in her childhood. I think any mother would be desperate her see her children taken care of in the event of their death. Some feel that Jade, who was a reality TV star and known for her racist comments and dumb questions, is being given too much attention and should have died with dignity in private. However, the Daily Mail says that the ‘Jade Effect’ has led to a 20% increase in cervical smears since her diagnosis in August. If she can gain financial resources for her kids and raise awareness that encourages women to get a pap sear then she’s done an admirable thing in her last days, even if you didn’t always agree with her in the past.

David Letterman and his girlfriend of 13 years, Regina Lasko, were married by a justice of the peace in Teton County Montana on March 19th. Regina was a production manager on The Late Show, and gave birth to their son Harry on November 3 2003, sparking rumors the pair were secretly married before his birth. Dave delivered the news at a Late Show taping on Monday.

Dave shared that the path to matrimony, or at least the courthouse, wasn’t smooth. Their truck got stuck in mud on the way.

“So now we think: Well, somebody’ll come,” he said. “No, nobody … comes along. Nobody comes along. It’s Thursday afternoon, who’s coming along, Zorro? No, nobody – so I get out of the truck and I walk two miles back to the house into a 50 mile per hour. It’s not Beverly Hills, it’s Montana, for God’s sakes. And the whole way, I’m thinking: See, smart ass, see, see, you try to get married, this is what happens.”

When he arrived back with the other car to pick up Lasko and Harry, his son asked if they were still going into the town. “And I said, ‘Yes, we are,’ ” recounted Letterman, “and he gets very upset because mom had told him if I wasn’t back in an hour, the deal was off.”

These two seem to share the same quirky sense of humor!

Letterman, 61, says he began dating Regina, 48, in 1986, but I think this is a joke about the length of their relationship as Wiki says he was dating the head writer of The Late Show Merrill Markoe until 1988. Other sources suggest they began dating in 1989 or 1996. They moved in together in 2001. As Regina also worked on the show he might mean that they’ve known each other since 1986. Or maybe they were dating - Dave and Regina are furiously protective of their private life and son, particularly following an attempted kidnapping attempt of Harry, and the exact details of their relationship are unclear.

Dave was married from 1969-1977 to Michelle Cook.

Dave rarely shares details of his private life, but has on a few occasions spoke about how much he enjoys parenthood and his love of his son. It’s wonderful that they took him to their wedding and shared that experience with him. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Note by Celebitchy: It seems like more than a coincidence that Letterman married his girlfriend very soon after he gushed on the air to Julia Roberts that he always wanted a chance with her. Roberts reminded him that he’s been with the mother of his child longer than she’s been married, and maybe she helped him realize it was time to make it official.

Robin Williams recently experienced chest pain and shortness of breath on his first stand up tour in six years, causing him to be admitted to the Intensive Care Unit. Robin underwent heart surgery on March 13th, and his rep (and his doctors) describe the operation as successful, and expect him to make a full recovery.

In a statement from Williams’s rep, Mara Buxbaum, the Ohio clinic staff cardiothoracic surgeon, A. Marc Gillinov, M.D., said, “Williams’s operation went extremely well, and we expect him to make a full recovery.”

The procedure, which took 3½ hours, “was conducted to replace his aortic valve, repair his mitral valve and correct his irregular heartbeat,” said the doctor – who termed Williams’s heart “strong” and foresaw no limitations insofar as his patient’s future physical activities.

“A couple hours after surgery, he was entertaining the medical team and making us all laugh,” according to Gillinov.

What great news! Robin Williams in only 57, and although his parents were long lived (his mum was 79 and dad was 81 when they passed) his brother died of complications from heart surgery in August 2007, so this surgery must have been scary for Robin, as it would be for anyone. His brother is said to have been ‘older’ than Robin but there’s no source that gives his exact age.

Robin has a history of cocaine addiction during the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, the catalyst for giving up the drugs was the birth of his son Zak in 1983. In 2006 Robin slipped off the wagon and entered rehab for alcoholism. He has also recently gotten divorced from his wife of 19 years, so I guess all of these recent events could have had an accumulative effect on his health.

According to his rep, Robin will pick up his Weapons of Self-Destruction tour in the fall. This is great news and we’re looking forward to hearing confirmation that he is well enough to work again.

Alex Rodriguez, the Yankees player who is ‘friends’ with Madonna, has allegedly been involved in a personal and professional relationship with Eliot Spitzer’s madam, Kirsten Davis. A-Rod apparently met the businesswoman at a Philadelphia gym and wooed both her and one of her prostitute employees with emails, jewelery and flowers. He first asked Davis on a date, but she told him she had a boyfriend and gave her a card for her service.

A-Rod used the card and booked a two-hour session with a prostitute, using his real name, and then became a repeat customer. He developed a relationship with a hooker who liked him so much she didn’t charge him for services. He didn’t give up on trying to get the madam to date him too, though:

In an e-mail exchange provided to The News by a former booker for Davis’ Wicked Models, Rodriguez purportedly told Davis on Nov. 17, 2006: “Thanks for setting me up with Samantha. She was gorgeous. But she is not you. When can I see you you are gorgeous . . .”

The exchange goes on:

Davis: “Hi Alex. You don’t want to see me. I’m no fun. lol. Just because your (sic) so sweet, here are some pics of me and I appreciate the compliments. Your (sic) a doll. Thanks, Kristin”

Rodriguez: “You have been playing hard to get for a year now, your (sic) killing me.”

Davis: “It’s not playing I am hard to get. Maybe you should try harder.”

Alex Rodriguez was married to his long suffering wife Cynthia during this time, around 2006-2007, before the birth of their daughter in April 2008. When Cynthia filed for divorce she cited marital infidelity as a reason, and it was widely assumed that this referred to Alex’s relationship with Madonna. It sounds like he was carrying on behind her back for a long time before that.

My first thought about A-Rod and his relationship with Madonna following this alleged behavior is ‘ew, poor Madonna’, but then she’s hardly virginal is she? Alex, Madonna and the prostitutes are old enough and experienced enough to know the rules: no glove, no love.

LeAnn Rimes’ husband Dean Sheremet has been outed as gay by a woman claiming to be his cousin, “Pebbles,” who called into a radio station. The rumor that Sheremet is gay has been circulating since he started dating Rimes, and JayBird wondered if Rimes was hinting that this was an open secret in her strangely worded statement denying the affair but saying that things aren’t blank and white.

Mojo in the Morning spoke to a series of callers claiming that they knew Dean Sheremet and that he was gay. A woman named Pebbles called in to claim that she’s his first cousin and that he’s gay. She couldn’t cite a specific example, like Dean having a boyfriend, and just said the ’stuff he did when he was a kid’ made him seem like a gay person. She claimed that he didn’t care about the alleged affair. It didn’t sound convincing, and I’m not buying it. You can listen to the whole asine breakfast radio blather if you want. Pebbles is the first caller in part one.

LeAnn Rimes rep has treated the Pebbles call with the contempt it deserves.

Rimes’s rep’s response? “Although Dean and LeAnn never knew they had a cousin named Pebbles, they are glad to hear that she has come out of the woodwork,” he says. “Dean and LeAnn are also interested in connecting with their other long lost family members: Fred, Wilma, Barney and Bamm-Bamm. So Pebbles, please let us know if you have spoken to them, too.”

LeAnn married Dean when she was 19 and in 2007 talked about wanting to have children with him. The rumors of homosexuality were around then too, but little came of them. While Dean might have been confused about his sexuality, I think a more likely scenario in this saga is that they were married young and weren’t ready for a lifelong commitment. Or perhaps it’s an even simpler explanation: marriages are hard work and plenty of them fail, whether you get married at 19 or 29 or 39.
